Integrated Industries Consulting, Inc., is Washington State's first OMWBE-certified Circular Economies Industrial Symbiosis key sector RCW43.31.625 'dedicated facilitation' workforce development. Futurist upskilling blending psychoenergetics to industrial ecotechnologies and bioinfrastructures design, and native to complex process engineering systems intelligence.

Our Firm is currently developing the first 'IIISA' integrated industries intensive skills agenda, standardized STEAM and CTE performance aligned occupational education curriculum, anchoring ONET® National Center 'greening' task development, era-defining climate legislation, and regenerative sciences. Adult generative learning methods, virtual reality simulation enhancements, and higher conductivity learning 'appreciative inquiry' translates KSAO 'other characteristics' to 'IIISA' occupational roles and capabilities inventories overlays for 21st Century clean energy circularity worksites.

Connecting occupational KSAO capabilities inventories and circularity workforce innovation mapping.

Industrial Waste Coordination program symbiosis interest areas provide context for 'IIISA' capabilities inventories mapping and occupational KSAO overlays. Agri-aquaculture, forest, and construction by products, food waste reduction, waste plastic, data center heat reuses, district energy hub services are prioritized interest areas. We envision STEAM focused immersive emerging technologies, and scaled ecological innovation, bolstering experiential learning and career exploration for underserved rural and frontline communities where climate ready workforce talent exists. We are developing post secondary stackable microcertification vocational training for bioeconomy job seekers and clean energy, and renewables career transitioning professionals, with integrated industries occupational knowledge transfer and employment readiness onboarding in circular economies key sectors.

User-generated green jobs exist in upstream R&D research and development, symbiosis MGPS generation, bioinfrastructures and ecotechnologies delivery systems, supply chain greening, and circularity microgrid modernization platforms for example. Communities can realize consumer valuing tangible benefits through purchasing the very materials, products, goods, and services they produce as circularity workforce. Point of origination consumer valuing access behaviors and technologies, leveraging consumer valuing worker equity ‘knowledge culturing’ industry placements, and amplifying consumer valuing green labor through integrated industries mainstreaming campaigns.

IMMERSIVE VIRTUAL REALITY TECHNOLOGY

Virtual reality technology platforms immersive vocational upskilling applications, while building confidence for well-rounded worker competencies and employability performance.

Compelling data by Transfr VR research provides ~74% higher assessments, post immersive learning, with increased engagement and retention across learning styles and demographics, outperforming multimedia learning.* Researchers report simulation experiences can foster transferable knowledge associated with today's integrated industries employment settings.
